Sales cheques should be ready for collection by you or your dealer's representative on the 3rd market day at 12.30pm following the date of your sale transaction.

Contra gain payment shall be paid to you on the 5th market day following the date of contra, after deducting contra loss(es), outstanding interests and/or any other debit charges.

Pursuant to Bursa Malaysia's FDSS rule, you are required to settle on the 3rd market day by 12.30pm following the date of your purchase transaction.

Whenever a contra loss(es) arise, you are required to settle the due amount within 5 (five) market days following the date of contra, failing which interest will be charged on the outstanding contra losses at the prevailing rate set by the SJ Securities Sdn Bhd.

You may settle your dues or outstanding amount to us at our Front Counter located on Ground Floor, Podium Block Wisma Synergy or via your dealer's representative. Upon settlement, an official receipt will be issued to you.

Alternatively, you may settle your dues by depositing into SJ Securities Sdn Bhd bank account with Maybank: account number 512222413059 or CIMB Bank Bhd: account number 1224-0010369-05-3, at any of the bank branches. Please be informed that you must write your client code on the bank-in-slip (deposit slip) for the bank's processing purposes and you will then required to fax your bank-in-slip (deposit slip) to your dealer's representative for further action. 

If you are also a client of Maybank Berhad who has access to their online banking service (Maybank2u.com), you may settle you dues by transferring your funds from your bank account (s) to SJ Securities Sdn Bhd. Just look for 'SJ Securities Sdn Bhd' as we are one of the listed payee corporation under the 'Open Payment to Unregistered Corporation' in Maybank2u.com.
